This should be the REAL ending to "The End Of Time Part:2":
After the Master dies, Martha, Jack and The Doctor should make all the way to the Tardis, not talk outside in the day like in the episode, but inside during night.
The Doctor offers Jack to come along with them while they walk towards the Tardis doors.
"Sorry, but responsibility comes first." Said Jack opening one of the doors and stepping out.
"Really? That's it? That's your farewell?" The Doctor exclaimed as Jack began to walk away.
"Well, you're right. There should be more. " Jack said, turning to the Doctor, smirking. Jack began to walk towards him.
"Tell Martha that she was amazing." The Doctor misunderstood that that was the "more" added to the farewell Jack wanted. The Doctor turned around to tell Martha as he felt a tug on his tie. His eyebrows shot up as he was turned around by Jack and pulled in for a kiss. "Oh, there's more" The Doctor dirtingly thought.
The Doctor's lips pressed against Jack's for a long kiss. Finally, the Doctor felt a hand on his chest. Jack pushed him back.
"You were amazing to, Doctor," Jack said smiling.
"Thanks." He said as he was ready to go.
The Doctor was puzzled.
"Thanks for what?" He blurted out. Jack just smiled even wider.
"For everything, time boy."
He started to run back to Torchwood where the team was waiting for him.
The Doctor smiled and closed the doors, getting ready for him, too, to continue his duty.
